Wetsuit Rental Form
This Equipment Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the date of last signature (“Effective Date”), and is made between Lokke Motion Enterprises Ltd., doing business as “Tri Hub Swimwear & Multisport”, an incorporated entity under the laws of the province of Alberta, Canada, with office at 190 MacEwan Student Centre (MSC), 402 Collegiate Blvd NW, Calgary, Alberta T2N 1N4 ("Owner"), and the individual or party mentioned at the top of this form ("Renter"). Owner and Renter are hereinafter collectively referred to as "Parties". Owner rents to Renter and Renter rents from Owner, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement: Wetsuit (“Equipment”).
1. Term
This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and remains in effect until the Equipment is returned to the Owner.
2. Payment
By signing this Agreement, Renter authorizes Owner to charge the debit/credit card on file for:
Rental fees based on duration
Optional services, taxes, and charges for damages or repairs
A late return fee of $50/day (or highest allowable by law)
Any fines, penalties, or costs to recover unreturned Equipment
3. Security Deposit
A $100 deposit is due upon signing. A non-refundable transaction fee of $2.60 applies. This deposit may cover damage or loss of Equipment. If the Equipment is returned damaged, the following charges may apply:

Payment is due at the time of rental.
5. Care of Equipment
Use the equipment carefully and only for its intended purpose- it should not be used for watersports or diving.
6. Return of Equipment
Wetsuit must be returned in clean and dry condition to Tri Hub Swimwear & Multisport at Suite 190 MacEwan Student Centre (MSC), 402 Collegiate Blvd NW, Calgary, Alberta T2N 1N4. Returns are accepted Tue-Fri 10 am–6 pm (closed 1–2 pm) and Sat 10 am–3 pm.
Day Rentals: Due by 1 hour before closing the next business day (e.g., Tuesday 11 am → due Wednesday by 5 pm).
Multi-Day Rentals: Same return period applies.
7. Liability and Indemnification
Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the owner harmless for any property damage, injury, or loss caused by improper use of Equipment. The owner is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
8. Ownership
The Owner retains full ownership of the Equipment. If Equipment is seized or subject to a lien, Renter must immediately notify the Owner.
9. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire Agreement. Any changes must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
