Are swimsuits final sale? No. Swimwear can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date as long as it's unworn, tags are attached, there are no marks or stains, and the liner is in place. Please see our Customer Care page and review our Return/Exchange Policy. 

 

Can I return/exchange items? Yes! We will gladly accept most items for return or exchange, provided they meet the criteria outlined in our Return/Exchange Policy. Items ineligible for return or exchange include nose clips; earplugs; opened, used or worn goggles, masks, snorkels, and water bottles; Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer). 

 

What do I do if I have received a damaged or defective product? If you have received a damaged or defective item please contact our customer service team at info@trihub.ca and we will happily help you rectify the situation.

I’m not sure what I need/I’m not a triathlete, is this site for me? Yes! TriHub.ca currently offers quality retail products for swimming, cycling, running and nordic ski that are suitable for all ages and abilities. Regardless of how you choose to train, exercise, or enjoy any of these activities, we want you to feel good about it!  If you need help selecting products, or have any questions regarding gear, please let us know at info@trihub.ca

 

SHIPPING, EXCHANGES/RETURNS

What are my payment options? TriHub.ca uses Stripe, a third party payment provider. All major credit/debit cards, as well as PayPal are accepted forms of payment. 

 

What are your online shipping rates? TriHub.ca offers multiple shipping options*, including Local Pick Up. Standard shipping within Canada is $10 and faster options are available at increased cost. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. All shipping fees are in Canadian dollars. 

*Free standard shipping on all orders of C$150 or more.

Processing delay may vary in peak periods.

All shipping fees are in Canadian dollars. For delivery, some exceptions may apply.

Online orders are shipped with Canada Post and FedEx.

 

Can I ship to an address outside Canada? Yes! Average shipping cost within North America is approximately $15-$20, however actual cost of shipping is determined by package size, weight and destination. Shipping outside of North America will incur greater shipping costs. 

 

Do I have to pay shipping fees if I return or exchange an item by mail? If you live in Canada, and this is your first exchange, TriHub.ca will cover the cost of your shipping by providing you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned for refund are not eligible for free return shipping. 

 

When can I expect my package?  Average shipping time within Canada is approximately 3-7 business days. Shipping outside of Canada will take longer. Please note during peak season or special events (ie: Christmas) we cannot guarantee exact shipping times. 

 

How long does it take for refunds to come through?  TriHub.ca will process refunds within 7 days of receipt of returned items. Please note it may take an average of 10 business days for refunds to show up on your credit card after processing.

Is my credit card information secure online?

TriHub.ca uses a third party payment provider called Stripe. Please visit https://stripe.com/en-ca/privacy for information on Stripe’s security and privacy policies. As payments are made through Stripe, TriHub.ca does not store or share your credit card information. 

 

How does TriHub.ca use my personal information? When using our website, you may be asked to voluntarily provide certain personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, and/or telephone number. We may use this information to stay in touch with you, provide information on upcoming promotions and/or sales, or to complete your transaction. TriHub.ca will not share or sell any of your personal information with other service providers. 

Why does it say Lokkë Motion Enterprises Ltd. on my receipt or flyer?  Lokkë Motion Enterprises Ltd. is the parent company for trihub.ca and Tri Hub Inc..  Lokkë Motion Enterprises Ltd. is a Canadian Company, a small business, and also provides sports programming.
