These kick boards have just the right amount of buoyancy, helping you target your legs, practice your kick stroke, improve your balance, and/or work on your leg strength. Made from EVA foam these boards are very comfortable to use. The micro board was designed for children and younger swim teams, but is also a great choice for advanced swimmers looking for an extra challenge in their training.
