Thanks for your interest in WINTER 2025 FITNESS SWIM PROGRAM, with the Bíos Triathlon Team! This fall we are offering an exciting program for triathletes, swimming enthusiasts, and anyone who is interested in swimming for fitness! NEW this year, we are proud to announce our community training partnership with the newly formed U of C Student Triathlon club.
(19) Facilitated Swims with a focus on both distance swimming & all strokes development & conditioning.
